Maybe just try Anchoring the seat, then the wheels (which may be attached by constraints which is why they’re still getting glitched) then teleporting the car, then Unanchor the seat and wheels. This may keep everything in the same orientation and Position relative to each other during the teleport.

Actually this helped a whole lot however now with play testers they are experiencing the issues while mine seems to be fine most of the time
I anchored the seat and all 4 wheels and enabled/disabled constraints accordingly
When this happens where are the Parts that the wheel HingeConstraints and suspension Parts are attached to? Maybe they are the issue instead of the wheels and need to be Anchored as well.
Remember, Constraints and Unanchored Parts don’t behave like Anchored Parts when teleporting a model.
