Any new tutorials on using proxies to fetch the ROBLOX API?

I’ve seen some tutorials there and then (such as Heroku, etc.) but they’re pretty much outdated and now look far different from what they used to look like.

Are there any new tips on how to make a proxy, connect it and be able to fetch ROBLOX API? Thanks!
