I went to find one of his audios for my game and when I search even just Kevin it comes up with zero results. Were the audio’s removed?

What I don’t understand is I tried to upload a Kevin Macleod song privately and it was removed, even though it is a creative commons license.
thats what im wondering, anytime i try to upload a song from kevin macleod, it gets removed for copyright, which is the complete opposite of his music since its all supposed to be free to use and royalty free
