Hi, I wanted to know if anyone or Roblox Staff has any confirmation if the Crown of O’s from Phase 2 of developer awards is no longer active? Late last year I received my 1k crown, however my game had over 1M MAU I should have the black iron crown, but I still never have received my Gold, Adurite, or Sparkletime crowns in addition to my black iron crown I never got.
How did I get my 1K MAU crown but not the 100 MAU crown it just skipped over that? And why is Roblox ignoring all emails to their devawards@roblox.com? It’s been way past 3 months since I should have received the crowns. I am the owner of the game I should have received these crowns awhile ago and it seems many devs have the same issue. Roblox should at least offer some transparency on this issue.
From everything I’ve seen I concluded that it ultimately just depends on luck. Rather if you are a game owner, contributor etc, they give the crowns randomly with no explanations. I’ve contacted dev awards many times and gotten no response, talked to administrators directly and said they couldn’t do anything, at this point it’s just a lost case.
I’ve been waiting for my 1M MAU crown for over 7 months already and still didn’t receive any.
A virtual crown shouldn’t define who you are as a developer, it is a nice item to have but I don’t think it is worth trying any further to get it ¯_(ツ)_/¯
The thing about “crowns of o” is that roblox still gives them out randomly like every year sometimes to people but they do not answer our questions how the process works. Roblox support also just tells you to use the email you mentioned but it appearantly is no longer in use

Support obviously isn’t in the loop on what is currently happening, it just doesn’t make sense, they clearly strayed from the every quarter awarding and is just 100% random and can now take you years or never to get them. But what doesn’t make sense is to award one that is higher up on the list and not award the ones that were below it like me getting the 1k MAU crown but not the 100 MAU crown, it makes no sense. Idk Why we can’t get transparency from Roblox on why this is happening it’s not like it’s some big secret huge thing that would affect them negatively. It’s hurting more not being transparent and us being upset and lied too with outdated posts on the forum.
I have reached out to that email like 5 times and did not get one response either.
