Are we allowed to have links to #resources:community-resources in roblox games

I have looked into the search bar of the ToS, but could not find anything relating to links to the devforum, and online search didn’t give me any useful results, and the about sections of #resources and #resources:community-resources don’t have a statement like #bulletin-board has

Since #resources:community-resources is a public category open to any user, even not logged it, I assume it would be allowed, but I don’t want to base a decision on assumption

The link in question would be inside of the LegacyChat, providing users with a link to find where to get the custom version

And when I paste my link into the roblox chat, it doesn’t get filtered which leads me to believe it is very likely to be allowed
