i did all my builds in roblox studio
In my opinion, learning Blender is not necessary for a Builder. But if you can, then it may help you a lot in the future!

No. Using blender makes you a “modeler” not a “builder”,
Having the skill to use both will make you a Modeler + Builder.

Ofc it is for some stuff but more things can be made in studio
If you want to make complex and optimized buildings with your own textures, yes
Not necessary but its a good thing to always have experience in other domains like 3D modeling it will also make building easier as some stuff may be a bit too complex to build in studio!
