I’m not sure, I have a package of a folder with tons of various assets in it and the thumbnail image that was generated somehow gave me a Community Standards warning
Issue Area: Engine Issue Type: Other Impact: Low Frequency: Very Rarely Date First Experienced: 2022-09-02 00:09:00 (-04:00) Date Last Experienced: 2022-09-02 00:09:00 (-04:00)
I would like to add that this prevents any update moving forward with the package that got moderated effectively breaking the package, this seems to be a on-going issue and also effects me greatly.
It does not seem like its controllable since it’s the image of the package that gets moderated, so its just up to moderation if your packages become broken
Post to this behavior back in 2021
Recent happening for me, this would be the 10th time it had occurred over the span of a few months
This has happened to me 6 times now and has once again happened today. So I’m sure it is still happening to others. I contacted support about the bug the first 3 times but the only thing they do is restore the deleted image even though it obviously happens again and again.
I’m not sure if we can expect a fix for it anytime soon but I did find a temporary workaround for anyone also having this issue, put a thumbnail camera in the package and position it millions of studs out and it will generate a blank image instead so the automated moderation system doesn’t get messed up.
