Bad AI Chat Moderation Ruining My Game

Hey Roblox team, I’ve got a serious problem with moderation in my game.

Players who are typing in Hebrew are getting banned for absolutely no good reason. This is happening to a lot of people, and it’s really messing things up.

What’s Happening

  • Multiple players have told me they’re getting banned just for using Hebrew
  • The bans make zero sense
  • Players are getting scared to even play the game now

Can You Help?

Please look into why the AI moderation is being so weird with Hebrew language. It seems like there’s something wrong with how it’s detecting or filtering Hebrew text.

I didn’t check but it could actually effect any language since this is AI moderation I don’t think It’s only for the Hebrew language acting weird.

:warning: This is seriously hurting my game’s community, and I want to make sure Hebrew-speaking players feel welcome.

Image and chat moderation are two separate AIs. Moderating images is hard, but moderating chat? Why does it ban people who didn’t break any rules?

Roblox AI takes the word “come” seriously. Especially when in different languages. The reason they banned “Anyone who wants to come” well… it’s pretty obvious. Send an appeal and you’ll get unbanned.

Well, it shouldn’t go out of context if it’s translated for AI moderation. There are so many words in so many languages that translating them would yield a word similar to an ~English~ swear word! That’s probably what Roblox needs to fix here.
