Ban Database (google docs)

If I wanted to make a ban database using google docs how would I go about doing so?

I want it so when you ban a user (using an admin panel or something else) it will show up in a google document, where the name can be removed or used in another game.

How would I do this? (Is this possible?)

None of the pictures load there.

It’s an older tutorial, so that’s probably why. But if you open them in a new tab, they load fine. Just a little bit of extra hassle.
