What I said earlier was incorrect. I tried saving the shirt and then re-uploading it and there was nothing unusual.
I checked the debug file and found the error code was 0xc0000417 (Unknown software exception).
So yes, there’s something funky going on with the image. It’s probably a zip bomb or something.

I tried uploading a zip, nothing unusual happens. Maybe a DLL? Not sure how one could find graphic engine’s exploits. I guess we can look into the image libraries roblox uses.
This should be a client-only exploit; it tries to load a malformed image and crashes.
We’ll fix it.
