Best way to create bullet whizz effect?

Hello, there are bullet tracers in my game, and I want to make that when they are next to my head, the sound of a whizz is played. I didn’t find anything like this on the forum, do you have any ideas how to do it?

I don’t think I quite understood how it works. I couldn’t make whizz effect, I have a poor understanding in modules
