As mentioned earlier there is no way for roblox to confirm any proof you provide is factual (ofc unless its a contract but we arent going into that), since they cannot confirm it is real, nor can confirm it is real they will not do anything, as they cant do anything.
So no, they cant do anything.
That and also its outside of the TOS, thus they have no reason to get involved, honestly its on you for getting scammed, as its not their problem.
Sorry if that came off as harsh, just gotta get the facts straight ig lol.

Still, forget about me being scammed. Isnt it huge problem in general? Groups scams and stuff
Yes its a problem, but if the discussion of purchases of anything from groups, to commissions to whatever, if handled not on roblox (for instance, discord) roblox cannot do anything about it.
Which is why most scammers do this sort of thing, you guessed it, on discord, cause roblox cant do anything about it.

im pretty sure roblox isnt okay with people trying to sell groups or games in general (the activity you were engaging in), much less after they get scammed and run to the forum for help
also i hate to be that guy but how did you seriously get your game stolen just by someone going “pretty pls give me access i promise ill buy 
” and you actually listened without any sort of thought

They told me in support ticket they actually dont care about group deals at all. Thats why im here lol
If support says no then thats kinda it, there aint much you can do until they say yes. So, and not to be rude, complaining about it here really isnt going to help, its the sad reality of it.
if they dont care they dont care what can you do 
unfortunately this isnt a situation where you can run to the public for help since for one you’re a small creator, two this was genuinely your fault scam or not, you still trusted and transfered ownership to someone you dont know with weak credentials (all willingly done by you), and three roblox isnt a platform like youtube, you cant just complain in public or make a big deal on something like twitter and expect them to even respond.
sometimes you just mess up and you did, move on from it and learn. trying to “expose” or bring light this pretty basic scam isnt gonna change anything/

Roblox Policies: Roblox states in its Terms of Service that it is not responsible for private agreements between users, such as the transfer of a group in exchange for Robux. These types of agreements are not officially recognized.
If the other developer scams you, Roblox will likely not intervene because it considers it a private dispute outside of its jurisdiction. sorry men.
Unfortunately, Roblox’s terms and conditions protect them from any lawsuit, otherwise, seriously, I would have already guided you.
Yes, but sadly in this case you dont even need private messages to proofs these scams. You could just join discord server of scammers and see what they are doing. In most cases roblox staff cant actually do anything, because of only dms as proofs - and i agree with that.
But in this scam, there is a lot of victims, proofs, discord servers, etc. They are already breaking rules by selling robux for usd in their servers.
Yes this is in fact true, which I do wish they’d do this, but Robloxs moderation is bad as is, why would they go off platform and deal with this? At this point, the only person you can blame is yourself, if you listen to the rules set within the TOS this really isnt an issue, and the sad truth is that roblox isnt going to change their mind about said TOS, as they have no reason too at all.
At this point idk if this conversation needs to go any further, as well, yeah everything I listed there isnt much point to this,
It’s sad to see that all these scams happen, I’ve been a victim myself, it sucks, but hey, there isnt anything you can do, just learn from your mistakes and keep going.
