BillboardGUIs shrunk across all games and in studio

1. What do you want to achieve? Keep it simple and clear!
   As of today, every BillboardGUI has been shrunk down, no matter what game I join or what studio instance I load up. I seek to resolve this issue ASAP because it is extremely annoying.

• Reinstalled Roblox and Roblox Studio
• Full shut down of laptop (2020 M1 Macbook Pro)

TextScaled property now applies internal padding on BillboardGuis & ScreenGuis

After the latest Roblox update, there’s a noticeable discrepancy in the GUI display of BillboardGuis and SurfaceGuis when the TextScaled property is enabled. This property now appears to introduce internal padding to GUI elements, similar to the effects of inserting a UIPadding element, but is internal and hence cannot be removed.
