Blender to Roblox – Baking Textures/Materials?

Calling all 3D modelers… So I purchased a low-poly 3D Earth model from CGTrader and I’m currently trying to import the .fbx into Roblox. The issue is that I want materials, and therefore colors, to show up on the planet as well. I found a tutorial Maplestick provided to a similar question, but I don’t think I fully understand how to bake textures onto a UV map in order to color the model properly. Any advice on how to do this?

Why not simple use Textures? You cant have custom Materials, but custom textures yes

you make everything a seperate mesh and color each of them via brickcolor or color3. you could also use U.V Texturing.

Simply import the UV image as a decal to roblox and use it as a texture
