Regulations & Code of Conduct

Upon following the Roblox Terms of Service, we have additional regulations that we expect our guests and staff members to abide. Failing to comply with our regulations will result in receiving moderation consequences on our premises.

  • Trolling or being disruptive is not permitted.
  • Exploiting is not permitted.
  • Cyber bullying is not permitted.
  • Advertisement is not permitted.
  • Homophobia, discrimination, and racism are not permitted.
  • Bypassing the chat filters with derogatory language is not permitted.
  • Spamming the chat is not permitted.

Our staff team has the permission to issue a warning to those who do break our regulations. Our Staff Assistants+ have been given the authority to enforce a ban on anyone who does break these regulations.

Rank Information

The following list will include information about every group role in Boba® and its responsibilities.

Customer
This role is designated to all those who join the Boba® group. Customers are the users who play the game and role-play by ordering items off the menu. In order to become a worker at Boba, Customers must join the group and take the automated training in this game: Cashier Training

Noted Customer
This rank is designated to the close friends & resigned Corporate Director+. They are respected members of the group. There is no maximum capacity attached to this role.

Business Partner
This role is for the partners and affiliates of Boba®. The representatives of the partnered groups may request this role. However, this role is also used for collaborations with influencers and those who contributed to Boba®.

Cashier
This role is designated to those who pass their first session. This role’s responsibility is to work the registers in the V4 café and put orders in for the Guests and Customers who visit. Cashier must then attend another session if they want a promotion to work in the kitchen. They will train for Junior Barista. There is no maximum capacity to this role. View the Training Information tab.

Junior Barista
This rank is a Barista rank, which allows them access to the kitchen of the V4 game. Once a Cashier trains and receives this rank, they will be eligible to create the orders instead of putting orders in on the register. After receiving the rank Junior Barista, you cannot train for the next role. You will be promoted by earning a certain number of points by completing orders. There is no maximum capacity to this role.

Barista
This rank is a Barista rank which allows them to access the kitchen of the V4 game. Their responsibility is to claim orders on the claim screen and make the orders. After making the order, they must place it on the pick up station counter. After receiving the rank Barista, they cannot train for the next rank. They must earn a certain amount of game points to get promoted. View the Promotion Guide tab Barista can also be purchased as a donation rank. This will allow automatic access to the kitchen without needing to train for a role.

Senior Barista
This rank is a Barista rank which allows them to access the kitchen of the V4 game. Their responsibility is to claim orders on the claim screen and make them. After making the order, they must place it on the pick up station counter. After receiving the rank Senior Barista, they cannot train for the next rank. They must earn a certain amount of game points to get promoted.

Kitchen Leader
The Kitchen Leader rank is the highest LR rank. This means a person has been promoted from Junior Barista all the way to Kitchen Leader. They are the most experienced kitchen staff in the game. In order to get promoted to Kitchen Leader, you must earn a certain number of points to be promoted. View the Promotion Guide tab for more information. Kitchen Leader can also be purchased. You can become an immediate Kitchen Leader in the game by purchasing this donation rank. Purchasing this also comes with a special warning system, special uniform, and makes you closer to becoming an MR rank.

Staff Assistant
This role is the first Medium Rank role for those who pass their Staff Assistant training. This role is an MR role with the responsibilities of assisting at sessions and moderating the café. This role has a Maximum Capacity of 100 people. This capacity cannot be exceeded by the department members and can only be changed by the President & CEO.

Supervisor
This role is the second Medium Rank role. This role is an MR role with the responsibilities of training or assisting at sessions and moderating the café. This role has a Maximum Capacity of 60 people. This capacity cannot be exceeded by the department members and can only be changed by the President & CEO.

Assistant Manager
This role is the third Medium Rank role. This role is an MR role with the responsibilities of training or assisting at sessions and moderating the café. This role can also Co-Host a session. This role has a Maximum Capacity of 50 people. This capacity cannot be exceeded by the department members and can only be changed by the President & CEO.

Manager
This role is the fourth Medium Rank role. This role is an MR role with the responsibilities of training or assisting at sessions and moderating the café. This role can also Co-Host & Host a session. This role has a Maximum Capacity of 40 people. This capacity cannot be exceeded by the department members and can only be changed by the President & CEO.

General Manager
This role is the fifth Medium Rank role. This role is an MR role with the responsibilities of training or assisting at sessions and moderating the café. This role can also Co-Host & Host a session. They are also next in line for the first High Rank role. This role has a Maximum Capacity of 25 people. This capacity cannot be exceeded by the department members and can only be changed by the President & CEO.

Executive Assistant
This role is the first High Rank role. This role is an HR role that can Host & Co-Host sessions, moderate the café, assist in events, moderate the communications server, and supervise the MR. They are also next in line for the department rank of their choice. This role has a Maximum Capacity of 15 people. This capacity cannot be exceeded by the department members and can only be changed by the President & CEO.

Public Relations Director
This role is the first department High Rank role. This role is an HR role that runs the relations department of Boba®. The Public Relations Department is the department that focuses on the events and communication part of Boba® and the partnerships and affiliate events of Boba®. They can Host & Co-Host sessions, moderate the café, assist in events, moderate the communications server, and supervise the management team. This role has a Maximum Capacity of 6 people. This capacity cannot be exceeded by the department members and can only be changed by the President & CEO.

Employment Director
This role is the first department High Rank role! This role is an HR role that runs the employment department of Boba®. There is one branch within this role. The Employment Department which deals with the staffing part of Boba®. They make the decisions when promoting staff members, issuing consequences, creating staff guides, trellos, and making regulations. They can Host & Co-Host sessions, moderate the café, assist in events, moderate the communications server, and supervise the management team. This role has a Maximum Capacity of 6 people. This capacity cannot be exceeded by the department members and can only be changed by the President & CEO.

Corporate Director
This role is the second department High Rank role! This role is an HR role that contains both members of the Employment & Public Relations Department. They are the senior ranked members of the departments. They can Host & Co-Host sessions, moderate the café, assist in events, moderate the communications server, and supervise the management team. This role has a Maximum Capacity of 5 people. This capacity cannot be exceeded by the department members and can only be changed by the President & CEO.

Developer
This rank is maintained by the President & CEO of Boba® Flez_ent. This role is designated for the contractors, programmers, animators, graphic designers, and UI designers of Boba®.

Board of Executives
This is the first Senior High Rank role. They are the SHR team of Boba® and are a part of the Executive Board. They are at the top of the chain and make the toughest decisions with the SHR team. The SHR supervise all the ranks in the group and make sure everything is running smoothly. They also have all permissions in game and the communication server. This rank consists of the Assistant Head of the Employment & Relations Department. The Maximum Capacity of this role is 2 people. This capacity cannot be exceeded by the department members and can only be changed by the President & CEO.

Board of Directors
This is the second Senior High Rank role. They are the SHR team of Boba® and are a part of the Executive Board. They are at the top of the chain and make the toughest decisions in the Presidential Board. The Vice Presidents supervise all the ranks in the group and make sure everything is running smoothly. They also have all permissions in game and the communication server. This rank consists of the Head of Employment & the Head of the Relations Department. The Maximum Capacity of this role is 2 people. This capacity cannot be exceeded by the department members and can only be changed by the President & CEO.

Vice President
This role is the Co Owner and Second in Command of Boba®. They run the entire group (COO & CDO) and make decisions along side the President & CEO. Whenever the President is not available they take on the responsibilities as a group owner. This role is the most entrusted role of the President. The Maximum Capacity of this role is 2 people. Both Amxllers & bongusbingis are the Vice President’s of Boba.

President
This role is designated to Flez_ent, who is the President & CEO of Boba Corporation. He controls the entire group and ensures that everyone has an enjoyable time while at Boba®. He is also in charge of the Development team. He has owned Boba® since July 30th of 2019 and has grew the group from 20,000 members to almost 1.5M members in under 3 years.

Training Information

How to become a Cashier?

To become a Cashier, join our group Boba and head to the Training Center to become a Cashier. After becoming a Cashier, you can become a Junior Barista by heading back to the training center and attending a session. The following information below is what a Cashier needs to know in order to become a Junior Barista.

How to become a Junior Barista?

Below will be the listed times in eastern standard time for the scheduled training sessions for a Cashier to become a Junior Barista. Please convert the eastern scheduled time to your timezone in order to know the exact time a session is hosted. Sessions will also be announced in the training-announcements tab of our communications server.

Monday-Friday: 10AM EST, 12PM EST, 2PM EST, 4PM EST, 6PM EST, 8PM EST, 10PM EST, 12AM EST, 2AM EST

Saturday-Sunday: 8AM, 10AM EST, 12PM EST, 2PM EST, 4PM EST, 6PM EST, 8PM EST, 10PM EST, 12AM EST, 2AM EST

Other Information

  • Be on time. The session will start at the exact time listed above. *Try to come 10-15 minutes early to get a guaranteed spot.
  • Do not speak after the host states that PTS (Permission to speak) is disabled. You will be removed from the server.
  • Cashiers will need 2/4 points to pass the session and become a Junior Barista. The session for Cashiers consists of Kitchen System Testing: 2 Points & Trolling Testing: 2 Point.
  • Always utilize grammar & punctuation to make it easier for our trainers to understand you.
Promotion Guide

To become a staff member at Boba, there are some steps you must go through in order for that to happen.

Customer → Cashier: To become a Cashier, you must join our group Boba®. Once you are a Customer you must go to the Training Center and complete the Cashier training.


Cashier → Junior Barista: To rank up from Cashier and be able to access the kitchen and complete orders, you must head back to the Training Center during a scheduled session time to become a Junior Barista. Session times are listed on the Training Center Description and in the Training Information tab of this post. Want to skip having to train to become a Barista? You can also purchase this game pass that will give you automatic access to the kitchen. Barista Gamepass.


Junior Barista → Barista: After becoming a Junior Barista, the promotion process becomes easier. You need to earn 150 Points in the game Boba Cafe. After reaching 150 points, the game will automatically notify you that you have been promoted to the Barista rank. Points can also be purchased in the Boba Cafe game to speed up the promotion process. The Barista Rank can also be purchased to become a Barista automatically.


Barista → Senior Barista: To get promoted to Senior Barista, a Barista must earn a total of 500 Points to become a Senior Barista. Points can also be purchased in the Boba Cafe game to speed up the promotion process.


Senior Barista → Kitchen Leader: To become a Kitchen Leader, a Senior Barista must earn a total of 1,000 Points to be promoted to Kitchen Leader. Kitchen Leader is the highest low rank. You can also purchase the Kitchen Leader Gamepass to be promoted to Kitchen Leader immediately.


Kitchen Leader → Staff Assistant: To become a Staff Assistant, a Kitchen Leader must have a total of 1,500 Points to be recommended for the rank. You will be personally invited to join the team by an Employment Department member if you qualify. To earn this rank you must work hard at the cafe and be active.

Low Rank Information

How to become a staff?

To become a staff member at Boba, you must join our group Boba and head to the Training Center to complete the automatic training and become a Cashier at Boba. For further information on how to be promoted to the next rank, please refer to the “Promotion Guide” tab of this post. You can also view the “Barista & Kitchen Leader Gamepass” tab to become a staff member right away. If staff break any of our rules you can be demoted and banned from our game.

  • Trolling as a staff member at Boba is not permitted. This includes spamming, bypassing, having an inappropriate avatar, and general disruptions caused at the cafe. This will result in an immediate demotion from your rank.

Greetings

As a Barista, you are not required to work at a register. However, if you would like to work at a register, greeting the customer is mandatory. You can find some examples below:

‘Hello! Welcome to Boba. I am “NAME”. What can I get for you on this wonderful day?’

‘Welcome to Boba Cafe! My name is “NAME”, what can I get for you today?’

Kitchen Leader Information

How to get ranked?

Our game will automatically rank you. If you would like to be ranked in the group. Join our group and the game will also rank you. This game pass is considered a donation. If fired/demoted for breaking Roblox or Boba TOS, you will not be able to receive this role again.

Boba® is always looking for groups to become partners with. If you meet our requirements below, do not hesitate to contact one of our Public Relation Directors.

Requirements

  • The corporation or community must have a minimum of 150,000 members.
  • Your group game must have a minimum of 15 constant players.
  • Your group cannot sell Medium Rank+ roles.
  • Your respected corporation must have a well-standing reputation and must have high professionalism and activity.
  • Your group cannot contain botted members and must consist of real users.
