Calculating The Angle Of a Humanoid To a Part - Trigonometry

Hello Developers!
I have a question that I believe mainly evolves around trigonometry.
If i was to work with a pendulum, how would I go about calculating the angle of the bob(players current position) to the origin(the point im shooting my web at).

Btw I am working on a web swinging system if my context confused you.

Would you mind being a bit more specific with the information your giving?

I believe @ArgonTheory was mentioning something a little like this vector diagram I drew for a turret. I recommend drawing out your problem in order to do the math required behind it.
