What if i try to change the player zoom distance?
ion bro this seems like a roblox engine bug try restarting studio (also dont replicate to server that was stupid of me)

it would make sense if it was a studio issue ( because the seems to only be happening to me ) but I just downloaded Roblox Studio on a new computer.
I might just try changing the max/min zoom distance
My bad for wasting your time it turns out there was another script that was forcing it in first person
