Maybe download the frames (images) of the video, upload them all to Roblox and script them to make them act like a GIF or a video

I wouldnt worry about it to much though, roblox seems to have forgotten about giving out a strike. Do they even give out a strike for this? Cause I feel like a lot of people would’ve gotten strikes for this, but they seem not too.
