It didn’t 
Either I did something wrong, or it’s a bug on Roblox’s end.
Here is a video of the value changing. You can see the value in properties change and the output printing the before and after.
There should be texts/choices that should appear in the black boxes, I’ll see what I can do on my end. Thanks for the help!
