Can't share Portfolio at the Collaboration category

Hi everyone! I recently started using DevForum and I wanted to post my Portfolio at the Collaboration category so I can open once again my commissions. Once I get there the ‘‘Open Draft’’ section is blury and it doesn’t let me write a topic. Does anyone else expierience the same problem? Is there anything I should do to ‘‘unlock’’ this feature?
