Can't use Move, Scale or Rotate during Run/Playtest

You can not select or even have the gizmo pop up for these tools when play testing in client/server or run. Not even the keybinds ( 1-4 ) work.

Expected behavior

I expect it to work and let me move, scale or rotate.

"Faster play solo" beta feature breaks built-in plugins at runtime and tanks performance

[image] Here’s the setting we added to allow builtin plugins to be loaded in test mode. This change will be out next week. In the meantime turn off the Play Solo beta feature if you need to load built-in plugins.
