Changing Plugin's affect script choice

So I downloaded a plugin, and when I tried to use it, it said
"This plugin will affect your scripts etc. etc."
I accidentally pressed Deny and now I don’t know what to do
It won’t let me get back to the question, and I’m stumped

I tried deleting it and downloading it up again, but it still won’t show up

How do you make it so that the question appears again?
