Hi, can someone pls check out my game? I would really appreciate it and I kind of need the visits LOL.
This is all constructive criticism.
This game is a generic roblox obby, it doesn’t really have its own touch, if you can add something unique to the game and polish it up, it might be better, but right now it seems kinda bland.
Like what that guy said, this is just another one of those obby games that aren’t different at all
btw, you can do this at the end for some reason lol
I knew it was pretty basic, and I’m working on revamping it. This was the first game I made, and I haven’t really done much with it.
Yeah, I was going to remove it, but the initial players told me not to get rid of it, as if you spam the “1” key you will eventually start flying into the sky.
I’ve got some ideas to make it better, and I think it may have potential. Does anyone else?
Just a quick feedback I got when I created my own obby a while back: resetting the character faster when it falls off the platform to avoid making the player wait for the free fall and eventual reset.
On another note, I’m curious how successful you’ve been having people try out your game (that’s what I’m struggling with with my own games, btw)
I’m not really sure how to make the reset time faster, but I do want to optimize that.
I’ve actually been pretty successful recently. I have a game that’s based off the Roy & Charcle game Rainbow Friends and that blew up immediately. I have over 25K visits on it. So what I did was I took my most popular game and I added teleporters to my obby to try to get more visits. And it worked! Within about 3 days, I gained over 100 visits!
Link to my fake Rainbow Friends game lol:

I just put an invisible barrier below the platform that would kill the character on touch.
That’s awesome! Did you do some sponsor/ad for the game that got a lot of hits?
Shockingly, there were no ads involved. I made it back when you couldn’t go anywhere without seeing some form of the Rainbow Friends. It was dying out a few months back, so whenever Doors did their Hotel+ update, I added Doors characters to the game and it got popular again. I’m basically going to alter it to whatever is most popular on Roblox at that time.
But you at least were having people try it out in order to see the doors characters in the game, right? Or did you add it to the thumbnail/description?
(I currently have NO hits in my game. Granted, it’s just a simple game but I’d imagine some people would even “check it out” before dropping it.
There was no allusion to Doors characters in the description. In the title, I put Doors in square brackets and inserted free model versions of Figure, Seek, Rush, & more.
Interesting. So you probably were getting hits from people searching from that keyword. Did you check the acquisition sources under analytics to see if that was the case (or if it was really the characters in the experience)?
I’m not really sure about that, but one day, my game was doing pretty well, and when I searched up Rainbow Friends, my game was suggested.
If I were you, I would advertise your game on the forum. It’s a good way to get people to notice it and play it.
Thanks. I got some feedback when I posted in here as well. It’s a very early stage as I just want to see if the gameplay is fun and challenging. So, it’s not really that appealing and I don’t see anyone coming back or playing much.
#shamelessplug, @Kittylitterking123 let me know if you want to try my game
I would like to try it. Maybe I can give you some tips or suggestions on improving it!
