The R15 version of the City Life Man bundle has a few noticeable UV mapping errors in the upper torso and hands.
Firstly, the collar area of the upper torso is completely white. In contrast, R6 correctly uses the skin tone of the torso.

As seen on the UV map, the vertices of that part of the hand are positioned in the white area of the arm texture, sticking outside of the skin tone area:
