Availability

I am always on unless there is an emergency and I will let you know ahead of time. I have school Monday-Friday and I’ll be on after 3:00 PM PST. On Saturday and Sunday, I’ll be on after 12:00 PM since I like to sleep in. :smile:

Payment

My payment can either be by hour or per asset. If it is per asset, the asset will be more or less expensive depending on the build. I prefer being payed robux from group payout. But, PayPal works too.

I would say that your buildings are fairly simplistic. They are very blocky in that fact that they all look like squares. I highly suggest using reference photos when building especially when displaying your work to the public.

I actually used a reference photo for the bank. I can link the topic to you if you want. That was one of my start buildings. I am going to start using textures and building my own bricks. Thanks for the feedback!

If you are looking for realism, I suggest finding a good set of textures to build with, it will make your builds great! Also make sure when building to use the newest lighting -shadowmap.
