The Job

I need someone experienced in digital art to design the inside of a “county seal” (for a ro-nation game). I have both PSD and large PNG versions of the seal template. Scalable/resizable vector art would be a huge plus, if possible.

I will give you two scenes to recreate in a style that is similar to US state flags, city logos, etc. (Look them up on Google images). They vary in design. Example 1. Example 2. Example 3.
