About Me
Hey! I’m Smarty. I am an experienced builder and newer modeler.
I have been building for over 5 years on Roblox, and I have a year experience in blender modeling. I can build in any style, including low poly, “medium” poly, stylized, and realistic. I specialize in low poly works.
I have extensive experience creating immersive and performant in-game environments with Roblox Terrain Features, parts, and meshes. I also have in-depth experience with Roblox Studio lighting and built-in VFX (particles, beams, ect), and simple scripting that I use to make maps come to life.
I can adapt my skills to almost any style, and according to your needs.
Previous Work
I have previously worked on games such as The Hinge, Official Ryan’s World game, and Spark Minigames. Spark Minigames and The Hinge are in my own group and I am one of the leads on those projects. More work in games will be present soon once those projects become public.

Games
Availability
I am available for 2-6 hours a day on the weekends. You can contact me any time, but I am only available 1-3 hours most days during the week due to school, but please know it is uncertain if I will be available at all on some weekdays. My time zone is Pacific Standard time.
Payment
Prices are negotiable. PayPal is preferred, but I’ll accept Robux at similar rates to DevEx as well, based on the amount of hours the build will take. You must pay a 25% fee prior to the commission to ensure your commitment.
I do not accept long-term commissions at this time, unless from professional teams.
General Price Guide (varies depending on time spent, detail, style, and other aspects/additional fixes):
in studs
250x250: $50 (14,500 R$)
500x500: $100 (29,000 R$)
1000x1000: $200 (58,000 R$)
Larger maps require further discussion.
It is highly unlikely I will consider percentage unless it is an addition to the original rate.

- Right of Refusal of Service
I reserve the right to turn down any commission I receive. I reserve this right in any case and for any reason.
- Roblox TOS
All aspects of the commission cannot violate Roblox TOS, or I will have to deny your commission.
- Fees/Tax
Any fees or taxes associated with the payment are not my responsibility.
Ex: Transactions via T-Shirt/Gamepass, the 30% fee must be accounted for.
3.1 Refunds
I will not provide any refunds on your behalf. If I must cancel your commission myself, I will refund you.
- Communication
You must respond within 48 hours of first communication with me, or I will have to deny your commission.
4.1 Communication Rules:
If there is a time I have directly informed you I am not available, you may not message/ping me during that time under any circumstance.
If I do not respond immediately, that does not give you permission to ping me several times to get my attention. I will respond when I can.
Do not rush me. Violation of these requests may result in the cancellation of your commission.
- Copyright
I reserve the full rights to my work until the full agreed payment has been received.
- Updates
I will provide you frequent updates at least once every 48 hours unless specified otherwise. All updates will be screenshots, no further access to the builds will be given.
- Additions/Fixes
I will provide you up to 2 hours of fixes or additions to the original commission if needed.
Any further fixes required, you must pay me at an hourly rate (min. wage of 7.25/hr Robux equivalent or USD) .
Additions/fixes may not exceed 5 hours total.
