GUESTS RANKS
They’re considered as customer at the café.
- Customer (Unlimited.) | A customer is a ROBLOX player who decided to join the group. As they joined the group, they will probably support it, and maybe get a job.
- Affiliate Representative (Unlimited.): When an alliance is formed with our group, it is required from the new alliance that an HR of them comes and joins the group. They will get this rank as they are representing.
- Noted Customer (Unlimited.) | A Noted Customer is a former HR, or anyone that has done a huge positive impact on the group.
- Suspended (Unlimited.) | A suspended staff member is a staff member who broke a rule and got suspended for it. They aren’t considered as staff.
- Trainee (Unlimited.) | A Trainee is a customer who passed the Quiz at our Quiz Centre. They’re required to use grammar at all Columbus place as they’re considered as staff members. They however, can’t enter the kitchen and must go through a Training Session first.
LOW RANKS/LRs
They are considered as staff at the café.
- Junior Barista (Unlimited.) | A Junior Barista was a trainee who passed a training session. They’re the one who serve you and make your drinks.
- Barista (Unlimited.) | Same as Junior Barista except that they passed a second training session.
- Senior Barista (Unlimited.) | Same as Barista except that they passed a third training session. They can also get a promotion to MR.
MIDDLE RANKS/MRs
- Assistant (30.) | It’s the first MR rank. An Assistant is a Senior Barista who worked hard to get this position. They respected each characteristics of the Promotion Guide. Or they just passed an application. They attend Training Sessions regularly and can host shifts and supervise Lower Ranks.
- Supervisor (25.) | A Supervisor is an Assistant who got promoted. Just like Assistants, they attend Training Sessions regularly and can host shifts and supervise Lower Ranks. However, when they attend training sessions, instead of assisting, they can train.
- Manager (20.) | A Manager is a Supervisor who got promoted. Just like Supervisors, they attend Training Sessions regularly and can host shifts and supervise Lower Ranks. However, when they attend training sessions, they can also co-host and host.
- Administrator (15.) | This is the last MR Rank. An Administrator was a Manager who got promoted. Just like Managers, they attend Training Sessions regularly and can host shifts and supervise Lower Ranks. However, when they attend training sessions, they can also co-host and host.
HIGH RANKS/HRs
Chief Communication/Human Resources/Compliance Officer (9.) | This is the first and last HR rank. They can choose a department, and depending on the one they choose, their tasks are different.
- Communication | They are mainly in charge of alliances, and host events. They’re in charge of social medias and making sure Columbus is active.
- Human Resources | They’re in charge of hiring, such as opening MR applications/interviews. They make sure each rank is filled out and promotes LRs and MRs.
- Compliance | They’re making sure staff know what to do, and how they do it. They’re in charge of their attitude, and if they break a rule, they punish them. They’re in charge of blacklisting members and banning them.
Chief Development Officer (No Real Limit) | It’s a developer of the group. They’re in charge of any scripting or building that has to be done. They will get paid of course! Only the President can hire one.
SUPER HIGH RANKS/SHRs
- Board of Directors (3.) | This is the first SHR rank. They have been extremely dedicated to Columbus. They oversee HRs and their operations in departments.
- Vice President (2.) | This is the last SHR rank and atteignable rank. It’s same as Board of Directors except that they oversee Board of Directors too.
- President (1.) | This is the last rank of Columbus. The one who posses this rank has the current ownership of Columbus. They oversee the entire group as well as the Vice President.
OTHER DOCUMENTS
