Community Wall Dysfunctional

Myself and others are currently unable to view the group/community wall on groups/communities that have the permission to view it on our roles. We also cannot post.

See group Bloxton Hotels as an example - https://www.roblox.com/communities/2788849/Bloxton-Hotels#!/about

Expected behavior

With our roles and permissions unchanged, the wall should display and allow us to post accordingly. This has only stopped being the case in the last couple of hours.

Yep same here! I hope, I REALLY HOPE this is Roblox finally adding that Forums feature they said they where going to add ages ago!

(I also hope this does not mean the history of the wall is deleted, that would be disappointing, our wall has had some funny conversations, and I as the owner would like to preserve that.)

Also having this issue for my group. I am able to press the Post button and send a message, and im able to go through lists of comments but nothing will show, not even for a split second.

i haven’t heard of a forums feature. sounds good though

This is the announcements about it

They also had a testing group/community for testing out this feature: Community Feedback - Roblox

(Apologies for the numerous edits)

Hi everyone, after refreshing the page, the Group Walls should be visible once more.

Can confirm, yep, all seems to fine. Thank you!

Also, is it possible if you could say there’s any update on the forums feature, I’m quite looking forward to that!

It isn’t fixed for me, I haven’t been able to access group walls on the website for over three months. I made a post about it, sadly no response from staff. Could you have a look at it please?

In November of last year, we made some changes to requirements for permission to view and interact with walls. If you meet those requirements and are still unable to see or post to walls today, then I encourage you to reach out via a support ticket to determine whether your account is configured appropriately.

I can access group walls on the client and the mobile app, not the website. That’s why I think it’s nothing to do with the permission requirements, but instead a website bug. This bug started happening late-December. I’ve sent a support ticket anyway, thanks.
