'Contact Support' form drop-down boxes do not respect site theme; appear white

Pretty self explanatory; the boxes remain solid white regardless of selection, rendering the selected item entirely invisible.

As seen below, this occurs both in the standard mobile view and when using the ‘view as desktop’ mode in Chrome and firefox.

System Info: Samsung S24 Ultra; screen resolution is set at QHD+ (3120x1440). System theme is dark mode; locale is en-us, issue occurs on multiple networks.

Expected behavior

These drop-down selection fields should match the site theme and show the selected text - rather than being invisibile and not respecting the site theme.
