Looks really cool!
Few tips though:

For the arrow, make sure the network owner of that arrow is always set to the originating player - otherwise, you have that judder as players fight over ownership of the physics controller

Maybe add a trail effect to the arrow to make it easier to follow?

What would be cool is, if the longer you held down the mouse, the farther back the bow would be drawn and animated, and in turn, the more power it would have
