Crash reports from specific (trusted) players in specific games

Since we can’t identify or solidly reproduce the crash issue, it’s difficult for us to continue with any investigation. We’ll try to provide better tools to help identify crash issues reported by developers and players. If you see any increases or spikes in crashes either reported by players or from developer dashboard, please reach out to us.

hihi again, the crash still continues to this day and i haven’t seen any updates from now here, I’ve provided a DMP file and some logs on the original reply

for some reason DMP file has 35mb so it’s uploaded to MediaFire and logs are separated because it’s overridden after the crash popup happens.

yeah this is happening to me too, i play your game for like 5-10 minutes then roblox just closes. for me roblox shows no crash error or anything in the log files…

Hi I got some clues from one of the log file uploaded.
Could you upload all logs if possible? More logs will help pinpoint the issue.

Here’s another one with the same effects, still facing the crash today.

Side note edits again: Roblox released an update today and fortunately the crash was fixed, it’s no longer crashing after 30 minutes so i confirm this to be fixed however it’s still in some devices.
