That is not grammatically incorrect. If you use a comma there, it is called the oxford comma. While I find the lack of an oxford comma annoying, it is not grammatically incorrect and, therefore, not really worth criticizing.

That will probably be the last page to get dark theme in my opinion, I believe the next page will be the Create page.

Funny story - a few years back, that page was updated to the newer UX, but was later rolled back and hasn’t been touched since - I have no clue as to why.

iirc the purchase pages are external and managed by Roblox’s payment provider.

The one where you go to when you select “debit card” is managed by Roblox itself - it’s that one where you input the details like your phone, email, zip code, etc.
The one managed by Xsolla is where you go when you select “credit card” - that one requires only card info.
