As the title says, I’m wondering how to get my Crown of O’s? I should be getting the Sparkletime one, as one of my games had 100k+ MAU 2 months ago, but not to mention that I had around 10k+ MAU like 5 months ago, however I wasn’t granted the crown.
I would appreciate it if someone could tell me who to contact regarding this.
devawards@roblox.com used to be the contact for it. I’m unsure whether it is still the case though. I sent them am email about a similar story to your own (100k MAU couple of months back yet no crown).
Really not sure if the email is active anymore, but time will tell.
I contacted that e-mail twice, to no avail so I don’t think they use it anymore.
I have been waiting for my crown since August 2022 (almost 2 years). As far as I know, BoyMamaG roblox administrator has started working on getting the crowns back, and some people have already started receiving them.
Is there any update about this? 10months ago a roblox admin said here in the forum that the developer rewards will all come back and roll out again.
i got also 100MA+ and didn´t recieved the crown (2years)
i also contacted the support via [devawards@roblox.com] and didn´t revieved any answer 4 times…
Roblox support told me yesterday that the developer crowns are given out every 3 months. And if we didn’t receive it we need to email the dev support. But you need to be the game owner or the group owner.
It took me two years to get my bombastic after my game got 5K+ MAU. So, maybe it just takes a long time? During those two years everyone kept saying that the crowns were discontinued, but people are still getting them, so idk what’s up with the crowns. It seems like the process to grant them is either a little mixed up or out of wack.
I emailed this address many times over the past few years, and no response back.
It was announced back in Aug 2023 that they would return, and it was further confirmed in Sept 2023.
People started receiving the Crown of O’s around March this year, but after that initial wave it seems people have once again stopped receiving them. I, myself, have been working full-time for one of the biggest games on ROBLOX, and I have yet to obtain any Crown of O’s (incl. 100 MAU). I have met this criteria for many years now, and despite them stating that there was a backlog maintained that contained all whom met the criteria, I and many others are left waiting having received nothing.
I assume they are doing it in waves but, it would be nice if DevRel could offer even the slightest of transparency into the program, for example: where they are at with the backlog, if it’s been halted again, if there are things BTS that we aren’t aware of; literally anything to clear the air, rather than leaving us in the dark.
I agree, they should have been transparent about the entire thing, instead of leaving us in the dark as always.
But woah, you’re a developer for Blade Ball, absolutely amazing. I’m just a beginner scripter, and would one day love to know the entirety of lua.
I can tell you that the crowns are not halted. I received my crown in march of this year. I earned the mau in December of 2023. So the crown came in about three months after earning the mau.
Well I have consistently met the requirements for even 100MAU since before I started emailing them back in 2022, and have yet to receive the crown.
I did mention in my original response that people were receiving it in the initial wave March this year, but since then I have not seen anyone receiving it, leading to me believing that it has once again been halted.
I have mine too! I got it today on Friday 21 Jun 2024! I don’t know which game got 100+ mau
Seems like they are slowly awarding out crowns each crown. If you havent gotten the 100 mau crown then expect to see that first then maybe the other crowns will slowly be awarded. Currently i have 100k mau and have only received 100 mau crown yesterday so thats just my guess.

I don’t think so, because there was a post about a month ago regarding devs receiving their crowns. If you earned the crown. The crown will come.
