If I understodd what you want to say good:
The module don’t always get >= 24 hours, you can see it since it gets the diference btween the last amount of seconds and the actual one. Then it divides it with 3600 to get the amount of hours. Since you wrote the first message, I tested the module and it always worked. Look if you changed smt of the script because I tested it and it worked.
I changed nothing it just didnt work for me and I have no idea why.
