Datastore not working?

When I try to access datastores in my game, I am getting this error:

19:05:39.656 - HTTP 403 (Forbidden)
[19:05:39.657 - 502: API Services rejected request with error. HTTP 403 (Forbidden)]

Datastore access and HTTP access are both enabled in game settings. I am the owner of the game, and team create is turned off. I am testing using “Play” in studio.

Are you absolutely sure that “Access to API services” is enabled? Can you send a screenshot of your settings?

Try restarting studio to see if that fixes it

sometimes it doesn’t work if you do it in studio. Try going in the website → Create → Configure Game and then check the box
