I have been researching developer awards for a long time, and today I earned the 1K MAU reward (Bombastic Crown of O’s) item. However, I noticed that the game in my group has over 18.9K visits, and I observed that the reward for this has not been received. Could anyone who is knowledgeable about this provide some information?
You have to wait some time to get it is my only assumption.
It is not based off of visits earned, because visits doesn’t count unique players. The Crown of O’s is based off of your unique player count for a month long period. You will have to look into your experience’s analytics to figure that out.
I’ve read some documents, and it seems that rewards earned from group games have been temporarily suspended. When will this system continue?
My game has received 198K+ Mau for the past 9 months, still no crown. I have emailed Roblox 4 times about this and still no response or anwser.
Are you the owner, or is it a group game?

Looked at your group, and it appears that you are not the owner. Only the group owner receives a crown.
So I have the gold, bombastic and sparkletime crown but not the adurite crown. Its weird cause Sparkletime comes after adurite, any explonation on how that’s possible?
Your information is not correct. I received my crown in march of this year. .
even if thats so then how do i apply to get the dev crowns? there is no form to fillout and i have emailed them multiple times and so has the owner.
Only the owner receives a crown.
I got over 300K MAU and still don’t have any crown (besides the 100 MAU) 
and yes the game is owned by me and not a group
email devawards@roblox.com and tell them about your game and how it has a specific amount of MAU and it should be eligable for the crown
i got a crown a month ago
and i expect to receive more crowns when i release my game soon
anyone that has edit access receives the crown i’m pretty sure
this is because you went from 1k MAU to 100k MAU instead of 1k to 10k which is impressive but you might be able to message devawards@roblox.com if you are that much
But did they actually respond to your email?
It seems you (falsely?) assumed that you got the gold crown because you emailed them, however there was a massive wave for gold crowns (and only the gold one) at the time your screenshot shows.
the devawards email doesn’t seem to be active, and hasn’t for years.
That’s not true. People were abusing the system and selling accounts with high value crowns. Only the group owner will receive a crown.

Apparently roblox is not counting group games for now, so even if you were the owner you would have to wait!
That’s not true my guy. I’m the owner of my group and obviously I received the crown I’m wearing now. I received the crown this year.
