DevEx application rejected “Failed to complete Tipalti registration”

Hello, a few weeks ago I decided to cash out and apply for DevEx. On the 7th of June I got invited to the portal and completed the registration, getting this screen.

However, 4 days after, I got this message and (thankfully) received the submitted robux back.

I believe I meet all requirements, I entered my information and filed a W8 tax form, as I am not a US citizen. I do not understand why the registration would fail, and the suppliers portal website is not indicating anything. I did not even receive an email. Does anyone know why this happened?

Well, you should. There is no reason provided in the message. DevEx team replies within 5 business days (for me it takes a 2 days usually)
