My DevEx request has been denied twice in a row, and I received a rejection message saying “not eligible.” However, what I don’t understand is that more than five of my previous DevEx requests have been processed successfully, and I haven’t violated any rules recently, yet my requests are being denied.
I reached out to support, and at first, they told me that the earned Robux was not eligible. When I asked how much of it was eligible, they responded by saying, “Alternative accounts associated with your information and email have been reviewed due to violations of the Terms of Use.” They also said they couldn’t provide further assistance.
Support is extremely unhelpful and inconsistent. I haven’t received any support or explanation for two weeks.
I would greatly appreciate it if an admin could reach out to me. I am need to understand the exact reason and explanation behind this issue.
