I can only think of two scenarios here: you might have bought something on accident, or your account has been compromised. You can check what really happened having type of transaction set to purchases. Send a message to Roblox support at Roblox Support, they can probably help you if this is either case. I’ve seen a lot of people get their Robux back in these situations, especially those who had their accounts invaded. (I’m bit late, for this type of situation, but i hope it helps you or that you have already received help)

I never purchased anything on Roblox Premium on these dates: 01/27/2024 or 12/27/2024. My mom bought me a Roblox gift card that cost $25, and I redeemed it on September 30, 2021. Then, on that same day—Thursday, September 30, 2021—I purchased Roblox Premium. After that, my Roblox account had 8,000 Robux, and my Roblox credit balance was $15.02. But now, it’s down to 4,568 Robux and only $5.02 in credit balance! Where did it all go? I didn’t spend it, I promise!
Please fix this issue for me. I love Roblox so much, and I just want my Robux and credit back to how they were. Thank you so much for your help!

You should go to the purchases tab of your transactions, and see if there are any purchases you do not recognise. If there are, please change your password and contact roblox support
