When attempting to create a video game at Roblox Studio, a failure in the user interface related to the settings panel was observed. The problem occurs when selecting the Spanish language, where the menu text presents inconsistencies and errors that make it difficult to understand the available options.
When selecting the Spanish language, translation errors are presented, such as misspelled words, incomplete or confusing sentences, and in some cases, the text seems to be disordered or not aligned correctly.
This issues you are seeing here appears to be the pseudolocalize feature - swapping out characters with similar ones to identify what strings actually go through our translation system. You can learn more about Pseudolocalization here.
For example…
Builderman → ßúïℓδèř₥áñ
Bloxy Cola → ßℓôж¥ Çôℓá
Dominus Empyreus → Ðô₥ïñúƨ É₥ƥ¥řèúƨ
Enabling this will make it easy to identify unlocalized text without having to change your language.
To turn this off, you can go to Test → Player → Player Emulator → Pseudolocalize.
