Distributing audio files not working

I’ve had this issue for a long time now and I have seen that others have it too saying they had it for over a year now, it happens when I try to distribute an audio file wile being elidgible to do so however it never works everytime since it tells me its unavailable at this time. This error message has never changed since and its verry frustrating. I have provided an image of this issue.

Expected behavior

Please fix this as many people have this issue and its verry frustrating that I have been promiced to be elidgible to distribute audios to the creator store however I have no option to do so as this bug is blocking me from proceeding to distribute an audio onto the creator store. This bug has been happening for years and hasn’t been fixed since its release as I read on reddit people have had this issue for years.

Check Audio Distribution in your Creator Hub Eligibility settings:

This feature has been available for barely a year. Is you audio under 10 seconds in length?

@BlastI0 if the audio asset you are trying to distribute meets these criteria please leave a comment with the asset id(s) you are trying to distribute and I can take a look

83997438567176 is much longer than 10 seconds. Are you sure you have read the criteria for distributing audio?

I thought that because there were audios on the store that were long I could upload it. The other audio file should be fine since its not long and its a sound effect. Could you please help me with this one “135321892134381” its not long its a short audio file.

Do you own the rights to distribute 135321892134381 (i.e did you license it from the original creator or create it yourself?)

I believe its royaltee free so technically anyone can use it since its everywhere online. It has been used in meme videos for years. I had already agreed to the terms and conditions and it told me I am elidgible. I would like 135321892134381 to be distributed on the store.

135321892134381 was classified as music (it has more than two distinct musical notes) and so it will not be distributed on the creator store.

Sure you can send another asset id if you think that it meets the criteria for public distribution and was falsely rejected by our systems.

I also don’t know why but I have been contacting roblox support about my limiteds being stolen and traded off however I have not recieved a response from them about it its been a week, the only time they respond is with an automated message saying they cannot verify my user as being mine in every reply I get. Is there a way to get my items back without relying on roblox support?
