Read your previous message. It may be a better solution.
To me it is the group’s responsibility to limit exiling to trusted users (or, to prevent against account stealing, no users at all).
If a method just had to be implemented I would agree with @EchoReaper’s recommendation for something like a “to-be-exiled” tab that is either held for a few days or has to be accepted by the group owner.
