Does anyone know how to make trees/bushes like these been trying for hours but can’t find anything on making them?

They are usually randomly rotated parts with decals on them.

By the way, do you have a bit more fluffy texture like the one in the topic? I don’t know how to make foliage textures by myself so I have to rely n others
Slightly blur or soften the edges, That should do the job, And these sort of trees and bushes rely heavily on lighting so play around with it quite a bit until you get the desired effect.
