Does UIStroke even work?

I’ve been messing with it, trying to apply strokes to images, texts, etc. None of my attempts have worked and I’m starting to question if it even functions.

If it’s not rolled out why do we even have access to it? What’s the purpose of allowing us to see the object of we can’t even use it in studio only or anything?
