Engineers! Odd Connection Bugs

As far as I could tell the issue is caused by transmitting more data than can be received. Perhaps those players also have a low bandwidth connection or a bad connection to the server? You should look at the network stats and see how much data on average your actually sending across the server since my download was maxed out when playing.

I’m really not transmitting all that much data, though. I am so confused by that. The bug happens way before the real workload starts.
