"Error Uploading All UGC Body Parts" [CRUCIAL]

Right now, all UGC creators are getting “Error Uploading All UGC Body Parts” when attempting to upload UGC avatar bodies. Additionally, validation is not working when attempting to upload just normal hats, etc. This issue only became present after the most recent Roblox Studio update.

Are there any errors in your output? If not, can you send the fbx you are using in a private message?

Thank you for the urgent response!

There are no errors in my output. Additionally, before today, it was very common for people to get this error. It was usually due to something with the cage, as redoing the cage always seemed to fix this. However, today (despite my fixes working yesterday), it is impossible to get past this error.

I will send you the .fbx ASAP, however, you will have to correct a few stuff upon importing (delete some rigend part that’s not supposed to be there, and remove the textureid.)

Also, turns out that we can’t upload if we revert it either. I have tried this out myself, but with no success (personally).

A few were suggesting that it worked in the Guilded server, but with getting past accessory validation, not Avatar Bodies.

We investigated the issue and identified that your model is being correctly denied for a validation failure, but it is catching it far too late to provide any information. We are making an adjustment so that you should now receive the failure in the upload window–expect to see something about an “invalid triangle which contained no area in 3D space”. Please give it an hour or so (whilst restarting Studio) if you do not see it.

Update: Looks like we can’t make any changes at this very moment, but I will alert you when I can–ETA is sometime today unless something exceptional happens.

It appears that I had a vertex in one of my meshes that was there, and I deleted it as well as fixed all ngons in the mesh.

However, I am still getting this error. Can you provide more detail?

Thank you! Myself and many others are still getting this issue, even on meshes that were already approved.

Update: I fixed it

My bundle will likely be rejected by the moderation team again, but I fixed it by making sure to select specifically the parts that I was exporting as well as by fixing all ngons and removing any extra vertices that do not belong in the scene.

I’ll make sure to spread this around.

The fix to it not telling you in the validation process should be fixed now.
