Starting today, we are testing a new curated section of featured plugins in the Creator Store. For the next few weeks, we’ll showcase plugins of different categories, such as building, UI, avatar, and scripting.
This curated row is launching as an A/B test, so don’t be alarmed if you don’t see it right away. We aim to make this section available to all creators later this year. We’re launching featured plugins to:
Connect you with useful plugins, and ones you might not have seen before
Showcase awesome plugins that are difficult to find under our current ranking
If you have a plugin you’d like us to feature, we’d love to hear about it.
Fill out this survey to nominate your plugin for curation. Include a link to your plugin, a description, why we should feature it, and up to 2 descriptive categories. If selected, we’ll showcase your plugin in the new ‘Featured’ section!
Note: You must be 13 or older to submit your plugin.
How we plan to choose featured plug-ins:
We’re prioritizing plugins that assist creators with key workflows, or improve productivity and save time, especially any interesting or unique plugins. We’d also like to bring some visibility to plugins that might not have received attention otherwise.
We intend to offer selections of both paid and free plugins in the ‘Featured’ section, so feel free to submit either. We’ll send you a note if we choose to feature your plugin.
Decided to submit my welding plugin which i made 6 months ago, Advanced weld which is plugin that let you easily weld models, folders and baseparts to single basepart (primary part).
Some paid plugins are a scam and there is no refund. Last year I’ve wasted 100 robux on a plugin that doesn’t even do its advertised function. Luckily it was only 100 robux.
I’ve submitted my simulator generator plugin which is a free plugin that allows users to create their first simulator games without scripting. I believe featuring this will help alot of new people with making their first games.
People will charge according to demand. People should be able to charge whatever they please for their work. that that isnt the consensus is absurd to me. The solution to high prices is competition! You think a plugin is overpriced? You just might be right, make your own version and sell it for cheaper! This is how an economy works!
Decided to submit auroraSuite. Doubt I’ll get accepted since I haven’t done anything with it lately but I’m hoping it might get promoted to some new developers (and it’s accessible considering it’s free since I haven’t bothered to verify Stripe since it’s probably not worth it).
Hey KasCode - we just wanted to give people the chance to select two, if they weren’t sure. But most will fall into one category. When we feature them, it will be under one category.
