Very nice, like other people have recommended you could change the colour of some parts to make them stand out more and also adjust the lighting, but overall it’s a really nice and creative build.

First of all, really nice house type, I like the shape and your style, so good job on that part.
I have to admit, like the other past comments, the lighting is a bit too ‘‘overpowered’’. Spread the light evenly, maybe make a Day/Night cycle, or center the sun.
Next off, the material is great, but if you wanna try something new, try textures. The roof needs some tiles maybe as a texture, and you can try using other colors for the house, so the contrast is higher.
Overall, It’s solid, It’s good, could need a little improvement, but that’s done in minutes!

After finishing up your house, you can add some extras in there, for example, a garden, road, billboard and etc.
Doing all of this, will make you feel proud of yourself for doing all of this hard work.

Good build for a beginner. I would consider adding some details inside and outside the building. As other mentioned, the sun rays are the too shiny and don’t look good enough. Good work and keep it up

“White Brick Material” is not a good choice.
