Feedback on medival GFX?

Hi there!
I made this GFX for someone around 2 months ago and i wanted to see if any GFX pros can give me some hints on what i can improve on while making GFX for people as commissions
(I made this using blender)

Now I’m no gfx artist but I just cant get over those eyes… And the clothing doesn’t look medieval.

Not bd not bad but the game is cowboy themed unless your going for a cowboy-medievil theme? and the faces are uhh uncomfortable…

No the game is not cowboy themed. It’s not even for a game. But it is just medival.
